Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Typically a minimum of ten years of Investment Banking experience with a focus on Financial Institutions Banks Coverage. Understanding of Investment Banking products and servicesExperience with Financial Sponsors and relevant banking productsAbility to mobilize internal networks and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorManagement experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor’s degree and formal training preferredStrong Investment Banking Communications Industry Coverage experience with top relationships across the industry.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersSelf-directed, proactive, and creative solution and problem solving abilities: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things doneFlexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitaskFINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and 24 required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
