Be a leader in shaping a sustainable future for residential communities. **Why you will love working here:** + **Quality of life:** Flexible workplace arrangements, work-life balance + **Investment in the community:** Donation matching, volunteer opportunities + **Investment in you:** Tuition reimbursement, access to professional development resources, 401k matching, Employee Stock Purchase Plan + **And many, many more** (Ask your recruiter for more details!) **What you will be doing:** + Lead the development and implementation of residential decarbonization programs, focusing on electrification and the integration of energy efficiency, flexible load, and demand response for new and existing single-family and multifamily housing. + Conduct market analyses to identify barriers and opportunities, informing program design and delivery strategies. + Collaborate with utilities, developers, and policymakers to align initiatives with regulatory frameworks and goals. + Oversee program performance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, high-quality outputs, and client satisfaction. + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including equipment manufacturers, trade associations, and community organizations, to drive innovation and participation. + Provide thought leadership through industry conferences, white papers, and client engagements to position ICF as a trusted advisor. + Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to high-value proposals. + Foster an inclusive team environment, mentoring staff and providing leadership to project and partner teams. + Ability to travel up to 20% as needed. **What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, energy policy, or a related field. + 12+ years of experience in energy efficiency, electrification, or demand-side management, with at least 5 years focused on residential building programs. + Proven track record in program design, implementation, or management within the energy or housing sector. + Strong understanding of residential energy systems, including HVAC, building envelopes, and smart home technologies. + Familiarity with non-pipes alternatives (NPA) program designs and implementation. **What we would like you to have:** + Master’s degree in a related field. + Knowledge of energy codes and standards (e.g., IECC, ASHRAE, ACCA). + Familiarity with multifamily housing retrofit challenges and low-income housing programs. + Established network within the residential energy or housing decarbonization sector. + Prior experience leading diverse teams or managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. **Professional Skills:** + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive program outcomes. + Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $143,663.00 - $244,227.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
