Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Managing Director, Global Industries to join our Global Industries team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant organic revenue and margin growth across one or more of our largest strategic global clients.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the overall success of the assigned strategic client(s), including end-to-end ownership of client's revenue and margin growth and achievement of defined quota targets.Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders and a cross-functional global team (including Sales, Operations, and Services) to orchestrate and execute strategic account plans and deliver an optimal customer experience.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or regulations while leading the qualification, strategy, and execution of transformative and high-value deals.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of senior sales experience, specifically positioning Business Process Management (BPM) and digital solutions within large, complex Banking and Financial Services institutionsStrong knowledge of strategic account management, C-suite relationship development, and a proven track record of significant achievement (quota attainment).Proven ability in establishing strong executive partnerships (VP/SVP/EVP/CEO level) and leading in a collaborative, global matrix structure to align client strategic priorities with our solution suite.
