You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN Group Reporting solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. * Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client expectations. * Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with clients and team members to build trust, embodying IBM core values such as knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions. * Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs. * Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals. **Required technical and professional expertise** * SAP HANA FIN Group Reporting Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting Consolidations solutions (such as GRDC), including configuration and implementation to meet client needs. * Hands-on experience with General Ledger Accounting, Chart of Accounts design, Parallel Ledgers, Tax, Document Splitting, GL Allocations, Intercompany, Closing Cockpit. * Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client expectations, utilizing business and industry knowledge. * Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in leveraging techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations. * Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP Group Reporting solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. * Industry Knowledge: Experience working with business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Comprehensive Solution Development: Experience with designing and developing comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of SAP Group Reporting. * Energy & Utilities industry expertise to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. * Preference for Greater Toronto Area IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
