About the Role

Join our team to support a variety of consulting projects focused on environmental and occupational safety. You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients to help ensure compliance with regulations and improve health and safety performance across industries.

Key responsibilities include:

Participate in environmental, social, and occupational health and safety audits, including reporting and compliance assessments.Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals, as well as reports, in both Polish and English.Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving occupational health and safety, such as risk assessments, incident reduction, ergonomics, and process optimization.Support client discussions on technical and commercial topics, with guidance from senior team members.Help develop practical solutions for EHS compliance, including documentation like procedures, plans, and reports.Contribute to the implementation of EHS and sustainability strategies.Coordinate project tasks, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Collaborate with team members and international colleagues on diverse projects in Poland and abroad.Provide input to clients on sustainable approaches to environmental and social challenges.About YouA degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.Familiarity with Polish EHS regulations and a good understanding of EU compliance standards.Hands-on experience conducting audits or assessments in environmental, social, or occupational health and safety contexts.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Experience preparing reports and identifying areas for improvement.Fluent in Polish and English.What We OfferPrivate Healthcare: Access to top-tier private medical services for you and your family.Private Pension Scheme: Plan for your future with our pension support.MultiSports Membership: Stay active with access to gyms, pools, and sports clubs.Public Transportation Ticket: Support for your daily commute.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Confidential support for personal and professional challenges.Profit Sharing: Share in the success of the company.Hybrid Working Model: Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.Flexible Working Hours: Adapt your schedule to suit your lifestyle.
