Deine Rolle
Als Consultant im Bereich Digital Workplace Services (DWS) berätst und begleitest Du unsere Kunden bei der Modernisierung ihrer Arbeitsplätze. Du unterstützt sie dabei, die Zusammenarbeit, Produktivität und Nutzererfahrung nachhaltig zu verbessern – von der Strategie über die Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung.
 

Deine Aufgaben:

Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Strategien für den digitalen Arbeitsplatz

Beratung, Workshops und Schulungen zu Microsoft 365 und modernen Digital-Workplace-Lösungen

Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Digital Workplace

Unterstützung bei der Integration von Technologien wie Microsoft Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, Endpoint-Management und Security & Compliance-Lösungen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden beim Change- und Adoption-Management, um neue Lösungen erfolgreich einzuführen

Mitwirkung bei der Geschäftsentwicklung und Erstellung von Angeboten

Who You Are

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich

2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Beratung oder Digital Workplace Services

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien (z. B. M365, Intune, Teams, Endpoint Management, Security)

Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Projekten, idealerweise in agilen Methoden

Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
