職務概要

LPMR（Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation）は、環境負債、特に土壌および地下水汚染に関する戦略的管理を指します。調査、修復計画、施工業者の監督、プロジェクトの実行などを含みます。
修復および土木建設コンサルティングの需要増加に伴い、経験豊富なLPMRコンサルタントを募集しています。本ポジションでは、主に国際的なクライアントを対象とした、業界横断的な修復プロジェクトに従事していただきます。英語でのコミュニケーションが求められる場合があります。
 

主な業務内容

・環境修復および土木建設に関するコンサルティング業務の提供
・地下水調査の設計および実施
・施工業者の指導および現場運営の管理
・プロジェクト監査の実施、安全性とパフォーマンス文化の醸成
・プロジェクトの予算、スケジュール、チームパフォーマンスの管理
・3～7名のチームのリード
・クライアントおよび社内関係者とのコミュニケーション

応募資格必須条件

・環境、土木、化学、機械工学、建設、地質学など関連分野の学士号
・修復または土木建設分野での7年以上の経験
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・英語ビジネスレベル
・環境改善への情熱と以下の経験：
　- 地下水調査
　- 施工業者管理
　- 修復計画および実行
　- プロジェクト管理

Role Overview

LPMR stands for Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation. This discipline focuses on the strategic management of environmental liabilities, particularly those related to soil and groundwater contamination. It encompasses site investigation, remediation planning, contractor oversight, and project execution.
Due to growing demand in the remediation and civil construction sectors, we are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to join our LPMR team. This role involves leading various remediation projects across industries, primarily for international clients. Proficiency in English communication may be required.
 

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert consulting services in environmental remediation and civil constructionDesign and implement groundwater investigationsSupervise contractors and manage field operationsConduct project audits and promote a strong culture of safety and performanceOversee project budgets, schedules, and team performanceLead and mentor a team of 3 to 7 professionalsCommunicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, chemical, mechanical engineering, geology, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in remediation or civil constructionNative-level proficiency in JapaneseBusiness-level proficiency in EnglishDemonstrated passion for environmental improvement and experience in:  - Groundwater investigation  - Contractor management  - Remediation planning and execution  - Project managementPreferred:Experience working with large-scale facilities (e.g., IT campuses, logistics centers, manufacturing plants, energy facilities, military bases)Prior consulting experience
