We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The manager of workforce development enterprise programs will provide support to plan and deliver workforce development programs across the organization. They will work specifically within or across various stakeholder groups and provide guidance to the team nationally. This is an on-site position that will work in our Corporate Office in Nashville, TN. **Major Responsibilities:** The Manager of Workforce Development Enterprise Programs will be responsible for managing upskilling programs for the enterprise to fill critical talent vacancies and increase talent pipeline. **Program Management** + Manages enterprise-wide workforce development program creation and deployment. Works collaboratively with business leaders, the COE Team and leadership. + Partners with Workforce Development leadership team to drive business and team goals. + Create playbooks, guidelines, and communications for enterprise-wide program execution, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization. + Collaborates with the leadership to conduct research on workforce development trends, technologies, and best practices to inform program development. + Responsible for managing and reporting on HRLT Senior initiatives for the Workforce Development Team. + Reports on enterprise-wide program metrics and impact to senior leadership. + Partner with recruitment, business leaders, PI to understand enterprise workforce development needs and develop strategies that will achieve hiring goals. + Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed to improve outcomes. + Vendor Management + Responsible for managing vendor or academic partnerships + Manages vendor process with IT and collaborates with other departments to bring on new vendor and academic partners to deliver workforce development programs + Responsible for managing contracts and invoicing of enterprise wide programs. **Additional Responsibilities** + Promotes a collaborative team environment. + Fosters a culture that inspires commitment to the vision, mission, and values of the organization. + Ensures employees are recognized, valued, and supported. + Works independently with general supervision and acts as a resource for colleagues **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor's degree Required + Master's degree Preferred + 3+ years of experience in relevant work experience Preferred + Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience **Licenses, Certifications, & Training:** + PMP (Project Management Professional) Preferred + CAPM (Certified Associate Project Manager) Preferred Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
