**Responsibilities**
The Manager works collaboratively with the Director to develop and implement strategic plan and annual goals. Manages campus-wide program operations, which encompasses more than 1000 volunteers, 50 cross-departmental service programs and 130 service areas. Develops, implements and oversees new programs and service area opportunities in collaboration with departmental leadership and volunteers to augment patient experience. Ensures service programs’ compliance with organizational and legal policies/procedures. Identifies, creates, and coordinates communications and marketing regarding volunteer opportunities to be utilized in cultivation of new volunteers and engagement of active volunteers. Promotes institutional awareness of volunteer opportunities and resources. Promotes intuitional awareness of volunteer opportunities and resources. Responsible for organizing and executing volunteer events from concept to completion. Utilizes servant leadership principles in the oversight of volunteer programs across multiple campuses and locations, which includes management of a multidisciplinary team. Performs duties independently and initiates judgment in handling a variety of management issues and communications.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in communications, Management/Leadership, Human Resources, or related field and five years of management experience required. Additional Experience and/or Qualifications: (Has Achieved Competency in the Following Areas, Job Knowledge and Additional Considerations): Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Proficient technology skills and adept at leveraging volunteer management platforms, social media platforms, and web applications. Demonstrates ability to design, teach and facilitate training. Ability to interact with all ages and diversities. Strong organizational and delegation skills. Previous volunteer leadership experience.
