SummaryResponsible for collaborating with hospital staff to develop and implement volunteer roles that meet the needs of our departments and enhance the patient experienceRecruits places and on boards volunteers within regulatory and legal parametersOversees daily operations of administrative and volunteer staff within specialty programs including the high school and college volunteer programs as well as ResearchCollaborates with other department staff to improve impact and efficiency of services and enhance the volunteer experienceDevelops relationships with and partners with the local community to showcase volunteer opportunities that will develop intoa talent pipeline for the hospitalWill be required to sit for Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services Administrator CAVS exam
