This position plays a key role in advising and counseling business partners in the development of new and existing business strategies. This position resides within the Commercial Excellence/Digital & Commercial Innovation team and will play a critical part in supporting the Senior Manager of Market Research while also leading independent research initiatives that inform both Portfolio and Platform strategies. The manager will lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking. They will pursue novel research solutions that uncover meaningful insights about patient and professional’s needs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
