JOB SUMMARY _Manage Trade Commercial controlling and monitoring of budgets with regional teams, Implement TPM to get ROI assessment, GTN & Trade AnP execution and monitoring, Regular MIS to facilitate analysis and decision making_ CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + _TPM – Trade Promotions Management: GTN monitoring through proper compliance, workflow management, pre promo approval, volume uplift tracking and ROI at each event level_ _To enable to make data driven decisions to drive the profitability._ _- Implement TPM for tracking spends in growing trade business._ _- Standardize the operational processes and ways of working across regions_ **_._** _- Build and manage a control mechanism to manage 3P operations across Trade._ _- Build GTN efficiency on ROI / business need/ GTN profiling between different channels going ahead._ + _Review 3rd party HC cost and accruals managed by Trade (e.g. Merchandisers, Nutrition Advisors, ISR, etc)_ + _Manager Trade Promotion Management Tool: Conduct pre and post evaluation of consumer promotions/various schemes considering ROI assessment_ _Standardize the operational processes and ways of working across regions_ + _Build and manage a control mechanism to manage 3P operations across Trade._ + _Build GTN efficiency on ROI / business need/ GTN profiling between different channels going ahead_ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum Education** _Post- Graduate_ **Education Level** **Major/Field of Study** _Chartered Accountant (1st attempt)_ _Finance_ MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE **Experience** **Experience Details** _-5-7+ Years_ + _Experience of 5 - 7 years with at least 5 years’ of work experience in FMCG /consumer healthcare_ + _Should understand business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively._ + _Should have strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, hight integrity, should be able to challenge the commercial teams to drive results._ + _Collaborate with regional trade team as well as cross functional team- trade/IT development in ensuring process and control is maintained._ An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
