Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an Experienced IT Developer Manager to lead our dynamic development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and user/project handling capabilities, ensuring the successful completion of projects and effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the software development team in designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project specifications meet business needs.Oversee project management processes, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.Liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations.Implement DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) to streamline development processes.Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards for all developed solutions.Advocate for user-centric design by integrating UX principles into project development.

 Technical Skills :Proven expertise in software development using languages such as Java, Python, or C++.Familiarity with modern development frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Strong understanding of database management, including SQL and NoSQL.Experience in designing efficient technical architectures.User/Project Handling Skills :Robust project management skills with experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Strong leadership abilities to guide and manage development teams effectively.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and presentation delivery.Ability to analyze complex problems and implement strategic solutions.Competence in budget and resource management, ensuring efficient use of company resources.Skilled in negotiation and vendor management.Experience in driving change management initiatives.

Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.6 years of experience in IT project management and software development. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or ITIL are highly desirable.Leadership qualities with a collaborative and empathetic approach.Strong analytical thinking and adaptability.
