Manager - Technology Strategy & Transformation - Cloud, AI, Digital

Step into a role where technology strategy meets enterprise transformation — and where complex challenges demand both structured thinking and hands-on execution.
We help leading financial institutions tackle the hardest questions in scaled AI adoption, legacy modernization, and cloud-enabled transformation — and turn vision into executable roadmaps. You’ll be working on problems that don’t have obvious answers, synthesizing architecture, regulation, and operating model design into strategies that deliver.

The opportunity - What future are you building towards?

The Technology Strategy & Transformation team supports financial institutions — primarily in banking — through the full transformation lifecycle: from strategy to execution. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and COOs to define solutions, align decision-making, and ensure plans come off the paper and into action.

Our work spans AI strategy and enablement, modernization of critical legacy estates, hybrid and multi-cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture — integrating technology, data, and operating model design, regulatory fluency, and the diplomacy needed to navigate complexity. Just imagine what it takes to roll out Agentic AI across a bank with operations in 20 countries, high local autonomy, and hundreds of IT delivery teams — while ensuring compliance and control from day one.

We believe modern technology should eliminate repetition across delivery organizations. Our Zero Repetition Enterprise approach leverages concepts like Datafication, Everything-as-Code, and Auto-Compliance to strengthen control and free up talent for what matters most  - read more here.
