What You'll Do

As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's People & Organization Practice (POP), you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

 

Additionally, as a Manager – BCG Vantage you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Talent & Skills business, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for Talent & Skills topics, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As an Manager – BCG Vantage, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in relevant strategy consulting or HR/talent consulting required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Deep expertise across the end-to-end talent lifecycle, with the ability to deep-dive into specific areas such as talent management, strategic workforce planning, performance management, or skills assessmentsStrong affinity for People Analytics, including a deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analytics, and emerging trendsStrong ability to manipulate, structure, and analyze complex datasets (coding experience preferred)Ability to translate data and analyses into clear, compelling insights that bring reports and findings to lifePreferred: Fluency in AI and Generative AI, with the ability to stay current on emerging developments and apply them to people and organizational analyticsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyFluency in English; additional fluency in German preferredOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global, collaborative team environment
