Manager Talent Acquisition Operations
**Position Summary** The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager will lead the systems, processes, and tools that support a high-performing talent acquisition function. This role is instrumental in managing Workday Recruiting, enabling efficient hiring operations, and delivering scalable recruiting infrastructure and analytics. The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, data-driven, and experienced with Workday Recruiting and related systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Serve as the Workday Recruiting system administrator—manage configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. + Act as the primary liaison between TA, HRIS, and IT for all Workday-related enhancements, integrations, and maintenance. + Lead the development and implementation of scalable TA processes including requisition creation, approval workflows, offer templates, and job posting automation. + Monitor and report on recruiting performance through Workday dashboards and custom reports. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all TA systems and tools. + Partner with TA leaders and recruiters to identify system/process pain points and implement solutions. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiter and hiring manager experience. + Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., OFCCP, EEO). + Manage vendor relationships and their integrations with Workday. + Develop training, documentation, and change management plans for system and process changes. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience + 4+ years of talent acquisition operations experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-location environment. + 2+ years of Workday Recruiting experience (configuration, reporting, workflow optimization). + Proven success managing recruiting platforms, analytics, and process improvements. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. + Excellent communication, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
