Manager Talent Acquisition Operations
Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager (TAOM) will play a pivotal role in optimizing our talent acquisition operations and technology solutions. This role is responsible for leading a team focused on streamlining and enhancing the talent acquisition and system-wide recruitment process while delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HRIS, DPS, and the internal Talent Acquisition team, to design and implement strategies that align with global business objectives. The Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations will proactively identify opportunities to evolve TA systems, tools, projects, and processes. TAOM will provide day to day operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and other internal stakeholders to increase TA operational efficiency and productivity. The TAOM be responsible for equipping Talent Acquisition Managers and the recruitment team with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process and track recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field + Experience: + Minimum 8 years working in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or related consulting experience, required. + Exceptional people management skills with minimum 3 years of experience leading a team, required. + Additional Skills (required): + Experience working with and optimizing talent acquisition processes, platforms and workflows + Strong organizational and operational skills. + Lead through organizational change management and transformation initiatives. + Strong data analytics and reporting skills with the ability to manage and draw insights from data. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvement. + A demonstrated ability to navigate in complexity, build new processes, and meet critical organization milestones, as needed. + Knowledgeable about HR best practices. + Strong critical thinking skills. + Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR platforms & technology, Visio, Project Management platforms, Microsoft Office 365. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, appropriately, and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels. + Foster a work environment of inclusion and belonging for all team members. + Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results. + Display professional image in alignment with employer and recruitment brand. + Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information. + Ability to think critically in a demanding environment and demonstrate visible momentum. + Ability to manage and develop a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Familiarity with compliance and audit processes within Talent Acquisition. + Experience in managing projects to execution while partnering across a highly matrixed environment to achieve objectives. + Ability to travel within Market, as needed. + Additional Skills (preferred): + Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative drive for reaching the next great idea and exceeding goals + Intellectual depth, moral integrity, personal vision, creativity, leadership skills, fortitude, sincerity, and diplomacy. + Ability to work independently and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of Novant Health.
