As a CX Manager, you will go beyond recruitment execution to design differentiated, insight-led candidate journeys, influence hiring strategies, and strengthen Pfizer’s position as an employer of choice. You will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and PX stakeholders to deliver consistent, fair, and high-quality experiences while enabling speed and agility.

Owning end-to-end candidate experience strategy aligned to EVPActing as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managersDriving data-led hiring decisions using analytics and market insightsAdvancing digital and AI-led hiring practicesBuilding diverse, future-ready talent pipelinesElevating hiring manager capability and inclusive hiring practices

How You Will Achieve It
1. Talent Strategy & Advisory
Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and success profilesLead intake discussions with clarity on skills, timelines, and market realitiesDrive internal mobility and long-term pipeline planning2. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence
Design consistent, transparent, and personalized candidate journeysEnsure timely communication, feedback loops, and closureImprove hiring processes for speed, quality, and fairnessEmbed inclusive hiring and compliance practices3. Digital & Data-Driven Hiring
Leverage platforms (ATS, AI sourcing tools, interview tech)Track CX metrics (NPS, time-to-fill, quality of hire, conversions)Use insights to optimize sourcing and decision-making4. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Lead innovative sourcing strategies (direct, internal, partnerships)Build diverse pipelines aligned to business goalsStrengthen employer brand and EVP storytelling5. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Enablement
Build hiring manager capability through coaching and trainingDrive adoption of structured interviews and digital toolsEnsure alignment across business, PX, and recruitment teams6. Operational Excellence & Governance

Qualifications:
Must-Have
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field8+ years in Candidate Experience (Talent Acquisition) / HRExperience managing complex, multi-role hiring portfoliosStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsData-driven decision-making capabilityExperience with digital hiring tools (ATS, AI sourcing, interview tech)Campus HiringKnowledge of labor laws and complianceStrong communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-Have
Experience in pharma or regulated industriesExposure to CX transformation or EVP initiativesInternal mobility and talent marketplace experienceProgram tracking and effectiveness measurementExperience organizing networking eventsFamiliarity with AI tools (including Copilot) and responsible AI practicesWhat Success Looks Like
