TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Contract Type: Permanent Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea
Job Purpose With full autonomy, lead and support recruitment services and facilitate the selection process, including searching, attracting, assessing, and selecting candidates in partnership with P&C Managers and hiring managers. Ensure the quantity and quality of talent for both the short and long-term requirements of the organization. Lead and manage Talent Acquisition initiative projects such as Early Careers/Internship and Employer Branding initiatives. Entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated, driven to achieve a comprehensive set of performance metrics and quantitative measures.
Principal Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage the sourcing process and channels in partnership with hiring managers and P&C managers. Provide talent partnering, advising in talent landscape, talent sourcing, and talent design fit for required needs. Maximize EVP and current sourcing tools to ensure top candidates are identified. Ensure hiring requirements are clearly defined via meetings with Functional Heads, People managers, and P&C managers to accurately communicate with external sourcing channels.Demonstrate significant experience in full life cycle recruiting with a customer-focused mentality and a desire to exceed business expectations by being accountable and responsive.Ensure application tracking and interview feedback are accurately captured and analyzed. Share data analytics with hiring managers and P&C managers if necessary to make sure sourcing/assessing processes are effective and provide a sound candidate experience, especially feedback sharing and long-term talent pool management.
Employer Branding & Early Careers
Lead and co-manage new employer branding from global product relevancy to localization.Manage successful employer brand with linkage to Business through Category Motivation messaging externally and internally.Amplify the Employer Brand externally to be accepted as the Employer of choice by Talent professionals.
Onboarding and New Hire Integration
Develop and support the new hire integration process by coordinating new hire integration preparation with P&C Managers and the Learning & Development team. Gather program feedback, analyze post-entry interviews, and provide recommendations based on this data to P&C managers and hiring managers to maximize the new hire experience.
Vendor Management
Manage and work closely with all recruitment agency vendors, including but not limited to verification and monitoring of performance, hiring process KPIs, vendor PR/PR and contract processes, and conduct yearly evaluations of vendor performance.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree from university or aboveMin 13 years+ HR Experience preferably in international companies (FMCG industry preferred).Min. 8-10 years in TA/Employer Branding area preferred.Cross country experiences (beyond Korea) preferred.Solid experience in direct sourcing, TA strategy, and autonomously leading full TA operations for market or function. Good command of written and spoken EnglishStrong competency in Communication, influence in stakeholder management
