YOUR MISSION: 

Coordinate sustainability policy engagements, lead localization of global strategy, coordinate all internal and external sustainability engagements and develop impactful plans and initiatives to drive business impact.

YOUR DAY TO DAY: 

Localize PMI sustainability strategy, consolidate local deployment plans & monitor progress​

SPOC for X-functional coordination & management updates;​

Drive or coordinate internal engagement initiatives to embed sustainability into local culture and ensure employee alignment.​

Support local business functions in the deployment of sustainability programs, namely in its internal socialization​

Develop strategic partnerships and external stakeholder network to address sustainability policy needs of 2030+ strategy.​

Monitor sustainability policy and regulatory developments on environmental & social performance, due-diligence, and non-financial reporting. ​

Early warning of policy initiatives or regulatory proposals ​

Local engagement strategy guided by business impact and 2030+ needs​

Develop local sustainability narrative, including communication materials that showcase local performance (case-studies, market stories), and oversee local sustainability communications ensuring alignments with global strategy.​

Identify and deploy local sustainability initiatives that drive business impact (linking local sustainability trends, political dynamics, key stakeholders’ interest, and PMI strategy)

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree.

Master Degree in sustainability or related disciplines. 

3+ years of experience leading Sustainability proyects.

English at Business level.

Spanish at Native level.
