What You Will Do


• Lead and develop a team of three marketing professionals, providing coaching, direction, and performance management to achieve defined business outcomes.
• Build and execute data-driven marketing strategies that support product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Create and manage targeted direct marketing plans by leveraging customer databases and segmentation insights.
• Collaborate with market research teams to design response models, refine targeting, and identify new opportunities based on customer trends.
• Conduct and oversee data mining and analysis to identify market patterns, campaign performance drivers, and emerging customer needs.
• Define and prioritize annual marketing plans, resource allocation, and team responsibilities to meet departmental and business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across product management, sales, and operations.
• Monitor and report on marketing program performance, providing metrics-driven insights to inform future strategy and optimization.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (minimum).
• Minimum 8 years experience in marketing or product management.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading or managing teams.
• Proficiency in data-driven marketing or customer database marketing.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Experience managing multi-channel direct marketing programs.
• Familiarity with data modeling or marketing analytics platforms.

Additional Information
• This role follows a hybrid work arrangement with both office and remote work expectations.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required for meetings, events, or customer-facing activities.
• No relocation support or driver’s licence requirements unless otherwise specified by local policy
