The Manager Supply Chain Systems is a first level manager that manages the day-to-day activities of the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of supply chain systems to drive efficiency and support business objectives. This role leads a team in managing system processes, resolving technical issues, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy. *** **_This role is based out of East Dallas, TX (4 Days Onsite & 1 day WFH Tu, Wed or Thurs)_** *****This role does not offer relocation or sponsorship assistance** **Duties and Responsibilities of the Position** + Lead the day-to-day operations of supply chain systems, including but not limited to ECC, WMS, EWM, and TM platforms, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs. + Manage a team responsible for system support, maintenance, and enhancements, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. + Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. + Oversee the testing, configuration architecture, and deployment of new system functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. + Analyze system performance and supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. + Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system workflows, ensuring efficient operations and scalability. + Provide guidance and training to team members and end-users, promoting best practices and effective system utilization. + Maintain and update system documentation, including user manuals, workflows, and standard operating procedures. + Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring supply chain systems integrate seamlessly with other business processes. + Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes. + Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to supply chain systems. + Performs other duties as needed. **Required Experience and Education:** + Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. + 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. + 1-3 years of management experience. + SAP EWM and WMS experience preferred. **Competencies:** + Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. + Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact. + Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively. + High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. + Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products. + Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once. + High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures. **Other Pertinent Job Information** + This role will be responsible for direct reports.
