Manager Supply Chain Enablement Sr
**DESCRIPTION** As a **Senior Supply Chain Enablement Analyst** , you will be a strategic partner driving replenishment excellence across key retail channels. You’ll lead advanced logistics initiatives and deliver actionable insights that optimize supply chain performance across Grocery, Non-Grocery, Perishable, and HBC categories. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Build and maintain strong partnerships with replenishment managers and clients to develop strategic replenishment plans. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data-driven replenishment reviews and insights. + Conduct deep data mining and root cause analysis to identify supply chain issues and recommend effective solutions. + Create and manage infrastructure databases to support ongoing replenishment analytics and reporting. + Coordinate efforts between stores and clients to resolve time-sensitive objectives such as modular updates, in-stock percentages, and item transitions. + Participate in the design and evaluation of replenishment policy settings, including rollback preparation and holiday promotions. + Leverage systems such as Retail Link (OTIF, CPFR, Decision Support), GRS, and Host to generate insights and drive replenishment strategies. + Lead supply chain initiatives for major product lines across designated branches or regions. + Represent the Replenishment Insights Department in new business pitches and principal reviews, showcasing departmental capabilities. + Perform other duties as assigned to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree required (Bachelor of Arts preferred). **Experience** + Minimum **6+ years of experience** in supply chain, logistics, or replenishment analytics. + **3+ years of supervisory or management experience** strongly preferred. + Proficient in **Microsoft Office** , especially **Excel** and **PowerPoint** . **Technical Skills** + Strong background in **data analysis** and customer systems. + High proficiency in: + Retail Link (OTIF, CPFR, Decision Support) + GRS and Host platforms + Advanced skills in Windows-based applications: + Spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, email, and database management. **Knowledge & Abilities** + Deep understanding of supply chain operations. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Physical Requirements** + Visual acuity and color perception. + Ability to travel as needed. \#DiscoverYourPath **ABOUT US** Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
