In this strategic leadership role, you will coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of our market strategy for PMG—working closely with the Managing Director, management team, and cross‑functional experts.
You will:
Lead the end‑to‑end strategy process—from insight generation to strategy definition and executionTranslate strategic direction into a long‑range plan (LRP) and a clear annual activity roadmapDrive implementation of multi‑category strategic initiatives in partnership with commercial and business stakeholdersOwn the OGSM process for the German market and ensure consistent alignment across teamsEstablish and lead recurring strategy meetings with key functions to ensure transparency and alignmentCollect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support high‑impact decision‑makingPrepare reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadershipYour Profile
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to connect dots, see the bigger picture, and transform insights into action. You bring a strong blend of leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, coupled with the curiosity and agility needed for a dynamic environment.
You offer:
A degree in economics or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience—ideally in consultancy and/or FMCG—with proven leadership experienceExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all managerial levelsStrong storytelling and presentation capabilitiesA hands‑on, pragmatic mindset paired with high drive for impact and resultsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsHigh customer orientation and openness to trying new approachesProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Business Fluent German & English language skills
