What this job involves:

This position plays a key role in supporting the overall functioning of workplace and facility operations while contributing to data-backed decision-making, compliance management, and project execution through exposure across facility management, operational governance, and PMO activities. You will work closely with workplace teams, service partners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective delivery of improvement projects while supporting daily workplace operations by coordinating service delivery, managing vendor interactions, and contributing to space planning and workplace experience initiatives. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by implementing operational workflows, SOPs, and facility standards to ensure efficiency and consistency across services, supporting organization's compliance framework by conducting routine safety, regulatory, and contractual audits across facilities, and contributing to planning and execution of workplace improvement projects, facility upgrades, and operational initiatives while maintaining structured approach to problem-solving and high level of ownership in maintaining operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Support daily workplace operations by coordinating service delivery, managing vendor interactions, and contributing to space planning and workplace experience initiativesAssist in implementing operational workflows, SOPs, and facility standards to ensure efficiency and consistency across services while managing access and coordinating scheduling requirementsMonitor vendor service levels and support initiatives that enhance space utilization and workplace optimization with structured approach to problem-solvingSupport organization's compliance framework by conducting routine safety, regulatory, and contractual audits across facilities while maintaining audit checklists and tracking compliance dashboardsDocument findings to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations while coordinating corrective actions and supporting external and internal audit teamsContribute to planning and execution of workplace improvement projects, facility upgrades, and operational initiatives while supporting project tracking and maintaining documentationMonitor timelines to ensure projects stay aligned with scope and expectations while assisting in preparing governance updates and coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendorsSupport budget monitoring and milestone tracking while ensuring workplace operations meet required standards and contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in Management with internship experience in facility management, operations, analytics, corporate real estate, or project environmentsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to understand operational workflows and contribute to process improvementStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven approachAbility to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment with problem-solving mindset and adaptability and willingness to learnUnderstanding of facility management operations including vendor interactions, space planning, and workplace experience initiativesKnowledge of compliance framework requirements including safety, regulatory, and contractual audits across facilitiesExperience supporting project management principles with understanding of stakeholder coordination and structured execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with operational governance and PMO activities in workplace and facility operations environmentsBackground in implementing SOPs and facility standards to ensure efficiency and consistency across servicesKnowledge of access management, scheduling coordination, and vendor service level monitoringUnderstanding of space utilization and workplace optimization initiatives with structured problem-solving capabilitiesExperience maintaining audit checklists, tracking compliance dashboards, and documenting findings for regulatory alignmentBackground coordinating corrective actions and supporting audit teams with necessary documentationExperience with project tracking, governance updates preparation, and budget monitoring for workplace improvement projects.
