Manager Sterile Processing

**Responsibilities**
Responsible for the processing and handling of all sterile surgical instrumentation used in Operating Rooms, Cath Lab, Labor and Delivery, and any patient care area. Provide oversight for robotic center of excellence, by providing functional direction to members of the project team.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Education Level**
Bachelor’s Degree in health care related field
**Licensure/Certification**
+ Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST),
+ Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL),
+ BLS issued by AHA
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Good computer skills in Excel, Word, and mainframe applications
+ Good communication and problem-solving skills
+ Detailed oriented
+ Strong organization skills
+ Knowledge of hospital sterilization equipment and related regulatory requirements
+ Knowledge of chemical disinfection, decontamination processes, and hazardous chemicals
+ Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and standards of care
+ Knowledge of sterilization processes and alternatives, microbiology, and physiology
**Experience**
Four (4) years of experience with sterile processing.

**Pay Range**
$29.02 - $42.08 /hour
