**What you will accomplish in this role**
The Change Manager is responsible for enabling the execution of the Change Management strategy for Expanse. This role will develop people adoption strategies and deliver interventions to realize transformation in healthcare delivery. This role will work with the Expanse team, leaders and colleagues at HCA Healthcare innovation sites to enable iterative testing and development, and prepare implementation teams for enterprise-wide deployment of Expanse.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with Expanse team, leaders and innovation locations to understand the issues and challenges involved in driving change
+ Define and execute change management strategy to realize Expanse transformation objectives
+ Execute Change Impact Assessment and Change Readiness Assessment frameworks for care model and care delivery initiatives
+ Partner with Expanse team and leaders to manage change networks
+ Monitor metrics measuring impact of change interventions in driving successful change
+ Ensure utilization of adoption/training programs for technology implementations and clinical innovation initiatives
+ Implement targeted and agile approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition
+ Execute on culture and engagement strategies
+ Manage concerns and perspectives across key stakeholder groups (e.g., physicians, nurses, revenue cycle, IT, leadership), to build tailored Change Management solutions
+ Effectively navigate the HCA network across stakeholder groups and functional areas, to implement a cohesive Change Strategy
+ Report and escalate issues and risks to the Change Management lead as necessary
+ Manager change analysts that will report directly to the change manager to monitor task completion, status on open work, provide guidance on change tactics, and development and growth support for staff
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
+ Certification in Change Management preferred
+ 5-7 years of previous Organizational Change Management leadership experience (innovation/start up environment, complex project experience and/or experience in a clinical setting is preferred)
+ This position may require up to 50% travel
+ Located in Nashville, TN
