About the role: 

We are seeking a Process Expert / Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations, strong management consulting exposure, and hands-on expertise in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). The role involves owning end-to-end business processes, supporting pre-sales (RFP/RFQ) activities, and working closely with global stakeholders on large-scale international and domestic programs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SAP S/4HANA Process & Solution Expertise 

Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA full lifecycle implementations (Explore–Realize–Deploy–Support). 

Act as a Process Owner / Cross-Functional SME, driving business process harmonization and best-practice adoption. 

Design, optimize, and document to-be business processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards. 

Provide deep functional expertise in SAP EAM, including asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and integrations. 

Consulting & Stakeholder Management 

Work closely with business leaders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. 

Facilitate process workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, and design reviews with global stakeholders. 

Advise clients on process transformation, operating model design, and change management. 

Act as a trusted advisor in complex, multi-country transformation programs. 

Pre-Sales / RFP / RFQ Support 

Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal preparation. 

Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, solution architecture, scope definition, and value propositions. 

Participate in client presentations, solution walk-throughs, and capability demonstrations. 

Delivery & Governance 

Collaborate with technical, integration, and data teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. 

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across cross-functional streams. 

Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare activities. 

Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and timelines. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Functional & Technical Expertise 

12+ years of overall experience in minimum 2–3 full life-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations 

Strong functional expertise in SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance / Asset Management). 

Graduated from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions (preferably with MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-schools) 

Proven management consulting experience (Big 4 / Tier-1 / Global SI preferred)
