About the role: 

We are seeking a seasoned Industry Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation, responsible for driving end-to-end industry-specific process design, solution architecture, and large-scale delivery across global programs.  

This role requires hands-on and strategic expertise across SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), Planned Maintenance processes, and asset-intensive industry solutions, along with strong stakeholder management and international project exposure. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

SAP S/4HANA Transformation & Architecture 

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs across complex, asset-intensive industries. 

Define industry-specific solution architecture, business process blueprints, and transformation roadmaps. 

Drive Fit-to-Standard, Best Practices adoption, and clean-core principles in S/4HANA. 

Act as the overall solution authority, ensuring alignment between business strategy and SAP capabilities. 

Industry Process & Functional Leadership 

-Lead design and implementation of SAP PM / EAM modules including: 

Planned & Preventive Maintenance 

Work Order Management 

Asset Lifecycle Management 

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling 

Integrate PM with related SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, PP, QM as applicable). 

Program & Team Management 

Lead and manage large global teams of SAP SMEs, functional leads, and delivery managers. 

Provide mentoring, capability building, and quality assurance across project teams. 

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement 

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior business stakeholders. 

Lead executive workshops, design-thinking sessions, and solution validation meetings. 

Translate business pain points into scalable SAP-enabled solutions. 

Prepare and present high-quality proposals, solution documents, and executive presentations. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Experience 

12+ years of experience in SAP consulting and enterprise architecture 

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Landscape Transformation). 

Experience delivering international / multi-country SAP projects 

Experience in asset-intensive industries (Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Infrastructure) 

Exposure to SAP Activate, Agile delivery models
