About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Industry Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transformation and Implementation, particularly across SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). The ideal candidate will bring industry-focused, end-to-end process transformation experience, strong management consulting exposure, and the ability to lead large, cross-functional global teams across complex international programs.---

Locations: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore

Module: SAP EAM Experience

Manager – 12+ years (upto 42 LPA fixed + 30% variable)

Sr. Manager - 15+ years (upto 56 LPA fixed + 40% variable)

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Transformation & Architecture

· Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs from strategy, blueprint, design, build, test, and deployment.

· Define industry-specific target architectures, solution roadmaps, and transformation strategies aligned to business objectives.

· Provide architectural leadership across greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid SAP S/4HANA programs.

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

· Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP EAM / PM, including asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, reliability, and compliance.

· Design and optimize industry-specific EAM processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA (Finance, MM, WM, PS, PP, etc.).

· Drive standardization, best practices, and innovation in asset-intensive industries.

 

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

· Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior business stakeholders.

· Lead executive workshops, design-thinking sessions, and solution validation meetings.

· Translate business pain points into scalable SAP-enabled solutions.

· Prepare and present high-quality proposals, solution documents, and executive presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 12+ years of SAP experience, including multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.

· Proven experience as an Industry Architect / Solution Architect / Lead Consultant in large-scale SAP programs.

· Management consulting experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 consulting organizations preferred.

· Graduated from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions (preferably with MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-schools)
