**Job Description**
Manager (Solution Architect) (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to analyze and understand specific system requirements to design, develop, and implement system architecture. Under the supervision of a Sr. Manager, oversee efforts of lower-level team members while serving as technical lead and mentor. Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of solutions, including requirement gathering & conversion to technical requirements, assembly & integration into the IT architecture principles defined by the client, and design & implement technical architecture. Define the structure of a system and the principles that guide its organization, software design, and implementation. Ensure the compatibility of system components. Verify and report on stability of system architecture. Involved in the end-to-end software development of the complete reporting development lifecycle. Perform reports migration across application instances and ensure error free migration. Maintain application knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation. Use quality control procedures to enhance application quality.
**Job Specification**
Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Math, or related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Math, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT experience. Must have one (1) year of IT work experience with any **one** of the following skill sets:
1. Unix, Salesforce CRM, and Siebel CRM;
1. Kibana, Pega Cloud, and Salesforce; **OR**
1. PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, and Autosys.
All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs. International travel not required. Travel not to exceed 5% / year for meetings and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed.

**Salary Transparency**
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $117,957.00 – $192,460.00.00/year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
