Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technology leadership to a strong engineering teamCome up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing productsDevelops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trendsDefine, use and communicate design patterns and best practicesProvide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever requiredCommunicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore or Offshore modelAct as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groupsPresent and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolutionParticipation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go or No Go decisionSupport QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.

Required Qualifications:

B. Tech or BE or MCA with 9+ years of experience - working on multiple layer of technologySolid 7+ years of experience in UI related technologies (ReactJS, Angular, JQuery, Smart Components etc.), must have experience in building UI components for an enterprise4+ years working experience in set up or maintenance of CI or CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, test, build , deployment and monitoring automation)3+ years of working experience on Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, AKS, Dockers etc.)2+ years of working experience in Multitenant Cloud application development  or  micro-services architecture and deployments 2+ years of working experience on AWS or AZURE - Experience of at least one application migration to Cloud platformExperience with Splunk, New Relic, SonarOpen Shift, working experience on Private cloud, Hybrid Cloud Model, Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture Experience with Terraform Scripting  or  KubernetesFull stack hands-on engineer who can implement key product featuresExperience in multiple application and web servers (J2EE tech stack, JBoss or Tomcat/WebSphere)Hands-on implementation experience, should be able to design, implement key product features, be an active part of an Agile Scrum teamSignificant experience in design and architecting solutions Knowledge on common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the sameKnowledge on security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect etc.)Proven good technical skills to understand complex designs, implement big and complex systemsProven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsProven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)

Proven AI Builder mindset, experienced in Azure AI, MS CoPilot Studio, Prompt Engg., GitHub Copilot, Gen AI,RAG frameworks
