ResponsibilitiesAs the Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining digital solutions that power our operations, customer engagement platforms, and internal business systems. You will oversee initiatives in web and mobile development, process automation, DevSecOps, operational support, vendor management, project delivery, and application architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide digital goals.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership roleProven experience with .NET application development and JavaScript frameworks like ReactExperience with Rest Based APIs, Azure cloud services, and DBMS platforms like SQL ServerStrong project management skills for leading cross-functional teams and complex initiativesSkills & Competencies
