This person should be obsessed with culture and constantly evolving Cracker Barrel’s presence across key social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and others) as we drive brand love and relevance among new audiences. You will report directly to the Director of Brand Communications & Partnerships. + Expand the overall profile of Cracker Barrel's owned social content strategy to elevate cultural relevance. + Partner with Brand Experience and PR team to build big, integrated campaigns that generate buzzy cultural moments from brief to execution. + Manage the social media agency related to ongoing deliverables for the social media strategy. + Provide thought leadership to motivate cross-functional partners and leadership to have them buy-in to your vision through data driven insights. + Leverage a deep understanding of internet culture to ensure all content seamlessly integrates with the platform and effectively connects with our target audience. + Expand our real-time content and influencer strategy through breakthrough moments and innovative ways to approach audience touchpoints. + Engage daily in the ever-evolving landscape of internet culture and trends with a passion and profound comprehension of the social media ecosystem. + Fluent in providing clear and productive creative direction, as well as experience writing and ability to inspire creative teams. + Comfort and confidence with influencing senior leadership and the core campaign team through your strategic vision. + Track and analyze program and content results, applying key learnings to optimize future projects. + Partner with PR and corporate communication to manage instances of social media PR crisis to help maintain brand image, reduce and eradicate the spread negative brand commentary, and reinforce inclusive nature of brand social media platforms and commentary. + Manage direct reports. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** Experience and Education: + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or similar field. + 5+ years in digital communications and marketing positions in roles focused on social media. + Experience supporting or managing social for a brand either within an agency or in house. + Experience working in a team and with agencies. + Experience managing direct reports Knowledge and Skills: + Clear understanding of the organic and community social performance metrics and KPIs. + Familiarity with a wide range of social media platforms including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc. and the available content formats for each and an understanding of social platforms’ native analytics offerings. + Familiarity with Google Analytics and a wide range of community management, social listening, and social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar tools and an appetite to learn more. + Familiarity and comfort working with senior-level stakeholders and clients. + Keen passion for tracking social media and influencer trends and leveraging them to solve client challenges across a range of industries. + Clear communicator and persuasive presenter both virtually and IRL. + Experience with copywriting and editing of social copy. + Ability to identify and resolve problems creatively. + Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously. + Ability to work in a fast-faced highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. + Ability to think strategically about the development of social media programs and how to use social platforms effectively.
