These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

Core CompetenciesAbility to analyze and understand end‑to‑end system components, their interactions, and dependencies.Strong ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.Leadership skills to guide teams, mentor others, resolve conflicts, and promote high‑quality outcomes.Capability to uphold and reinforce professional standards, firm policies, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills for engaging in complex conversations with clients and stakeholders.Commitment to innovation and adoption of new technologies and digital solutions.Technical ExpertiseExperience leading large‑scale cloud platform initiatives, including strategy, architecture, and design.Proven track record guiding transformational IT projects in Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Digital Adoption.Strong proficiency with Cloud Management Platforms and automation technologies.Knowledge and application of DevOps principles, tools, and practices.Experience designing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud environments.Familiarity with container, storage, and database services (accredited training preferred).Client & Delivery SkillsAbility to maintain operational excellence and high‑quality client interactions.Experience managing complex projects and achieving successful client outcomes.Background in client‑facing business development and relationship management.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science, Management Information Systems, or similar field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cloud, infrastructure, or IT transformation roles.Preferred / Distinguishing QualificationsBachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in infrastructure management and data center integrations.Experience leading cloud platform initiatives at enterprise scale.Demonstrated success in implementing digital transformation and automation initiatives.
