About the role

As Manager Service Delivery (Supply Chain), you will be responsible for leading our Route to Market execution and fulfilling customers’ orders to meet customer / consumer demands.

 

You will act hand in hand with Integrated Business Planning team & respective Commercial / Category teams to execute Commercial plan to help Finance teams to deliver on financial commitments. You will ensure successful inventory management, identify risks and opportunities to the plan, create optimized responses and validate them with the stakeholders.

 

Your day to day

Plan, coordinate, ship and organize the distribution and sales of all finished goods in Canada.Responsible for oversight of 3PL (3rd party logistics) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) model.Ensure call center and order desk are effectively collecting all retail and wholesale orders.Improve process for returning all unsellable products including reclaiming taxes from Federal Government.Anticipate future evolution of Distribution model in Canada and issue strategic plan to support overall growth / profit of the company. Coordinate route / model changes with 3PL.Drive continuous development of people (through training & development), process (through design and metrics) and tools (through analysis, development of business case, implementationAccountable for the Order to Cash process in Canada 

 

Who we're looking for

University degree or Bachelors / master’s in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields7-9 Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) with exposure to Supply Chain, Operations & Business PlanningAbility to lead & implement projects is a strong plusEnd 2 End Supply Chain Knowledge

For this position, the salary range is $182,000-$193,000 with a full range of benefits.
