We are currently looking to hire a Transaction Manager to be based in Hong Kong.

What this job involves

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to manage and coordinate real estate transactions across the APAC region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive strategic real estate decisions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute a wide variety of real estate transactions, including lease acquisitions, renewals, and dispositionsEngage with senior client stakeholders to define objectives and requirementsPrepare and evaluate financial analysis documentsSupport client budget forecasting and cashflow planningManage and coordinate with local brokers across Asia and PacificBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teamsContribute to the development and implementation of real estate strategies

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably in APACStrong understanding of real estate market dynamics in Asia PacificExcellent project management and organizational skillsProven analytical and financial modelling capabilitiesExceptional communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in relevant real estate software tools and platformsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
