Security Automation:
Implement automated surveillance systems and CCTV for continuous monitoring of the plant area.
Employ automated security measures to control personnel, material, and movement within the mining premises.
Access Control Management:
Establish access control protocols to regulate entry and exit points within the mining premises.
Implement a combination of technical and physical security measures to safeguard critical areas.
Enhanced Surveillance and Vigilance:
Enhance surveillance capabilities through the integration of advanced security technologies.
Monitor plant activities regularly to identify suspicious behavior and potential threats to mining operations.
Extend vigilance efforts to monitor activities in the surrounding areas to prevent unauthorized access or intrusions.
Implement security protocols to safeguard the railway line during coal transportation, preventing theft or vandalism.
Develop contingency plans to address railway security threats and ensure uninterrupted coal transportation operations.
Crime Prevention and Investigation:
Implement proactive measures to prevent white-collar crimes and unauthorized activities within the plant premises.
Promptly investigate security breaches or incidents and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish effective communication channels with local authorities, government agencies, and community leaders to address security-related issues and concerns.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to address security-related issues and support legal activities related to security incidents and compliance.
Legal Team Coordination and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing mine security operations.
Coordinate with the legal team to align security measures with legal standards and leverage legal instruments effectively.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field.
Certification:
Certifications in Security Operations (CPP, PSP, CISM, or equivalent) are preferred.
Work Experience (Range of years):
8-10 years of experience in site security management, physical security operations, or law enforcement.
