Lead end-to-end SAP project planning and execution for code remediation and technical initiatives, including work allocation, resource management, and delivery of business outcomes.Develop detailed project roadmaps, oversee cutover activities, and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.Collaborate with Supply Chain & Operations workstream leaders and DRIs to manage technical transport activities, drive operational efficiency, and ensure seamless deployment.Oversee defect screening, allocation, and resolution to maintain system stability throughout the project lifecycle.Guide development teams through complex problem-solving, leveraging expertise in SAP OData, ABAP on HANA, RAP on BTP, Web Dynpro ABAP, SAP UI5, and SAP BODS to deliver robust technical solutions.Lead code vulnerability analysis and remediation, implementing secure coding and risk management best practices to enhance system security and complianceDrive performance tuning and system optimization initiatives, resolving system issues and conducting code enhancements to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal performanceMentor junior team members and foster strong client relationships, supporting business development, proposal creation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support business development and practice growth by contributing to SAP technology pursuits, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications  

8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry Participation in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP technologies, including ABAP on HANA, Web Dynpro ABAP, SAP BODS, and SAP integration technologies.Demonstrated expertise in ABAP RICEFW developments and custom solutions across multiple SAP functional areas (SD, FI, MM, RTR, SRM, BW, PTM-EWM/SCM).Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF), including interface development, value mappings, error monitoring, and re-processing.Experience in SAP technical project management or SAP technical lead roles, overseeing SAP application development, data migration, and interface-related solutions.Experience leading daily SAP technical team meetings, managing SAP work assignments, and reporting project status to project/program management and leadership.Experience leading technical teams for major SAP S/4HANA migrations, including cloud transformation and Central Finance implementations.Demonstrated ability to make key design and delivery decisions for SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and business requirements.AP Certified Associate or Specialist in at least one of the following: Back-End Developer ABAP Cloud, SAP Fiori Application Developer, SAP Business Technology Platform, Positioning SAP Business Transformation Management Solutions, Project Manager - SAP Activate for Agile Implementation Management or SAP Activate for Agile Implementation Management.AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar cloud certification.Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree plus equivalent work experience Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 

Preferred Qualifications 

Master’s degree Experience leading or participating in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects for large, global organizationsPrevious experience working directly for a “Big 4” consulting firm Expertise in digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, AI-driven solution design, and the development of digital invoicing or similar platforms.Experience leading pre-sales, proposal development, and RFP responses for SAP projects.Signavio experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
