Essential Job Functions
Develop and maintain training documentationSupport sales campaign readiness motions, in conjunction with marketing and offerings teamsCreate global onboarding documentation for ISB sales roles, ensuring consistency and clarity across regionsCoordinate and deliver sales training sessions for product previews and key announcementsManage licensing and access for sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/TeamLink Extend, and prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo;Liaise with sales operations to ensure catalog updates are accurately reflected in Salesforce, updated in enablement materials, and communicated to the sales teamDesign and implement sales effectiveness and productivity measures tailored to each sales roleSupport a closed-loop performance management process in collaboration with sales leaders and general managersPromote global consistency in role terminology across go-to-market functions, including Solutioning, Pre-Sales, and Sales.Basic QualificationsFluent English (verbal and written)Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training to large and diverse audiences (including leadership, sales, and technical teams)Excellent soft skills combined with analytical thinking and manage multiple in-flight projects with attention to detailPositive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityProficient in Microsoft 365 applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams)Experienced in using Salesforce for sales processes and data management.Other Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Planner and/or Seismic Momentum (nice to have)Background in Sales Enablement, Sales/Business Operations, or Talent Engagement, particularly in the development and implementation of onboarding programsFamiliarity with sales engagement tools and processes is a plus.What are we offering?
