Roles and Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for the assigned SP/ Account to manage the Lifecyle of the requestBe the AT&T ambassador to further the customer experience.Manage deliverable of a team members, be a mentor and coach for enhance performance.Hire and mentor talent for a repetitive deliverableTrack KPI, Manage cost, workloads and Process improvement Should have basic knowledge of Invoicing, billing process, Inventory and Pricing tools, also lead in process transformation and efficiency initiatives.Serves as the primary point of contact for the designated SP/Account and can manage lifecycle day to dayEffectively manages multiple projects with close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines.

Primary / Mandatory skills:

Overall – 8-10 years of experience in customer Q2C and sales led lifecycle roles.

Very strong written and verbal skillsPreferably from the Telecom/ IT industryExperience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to successAbility to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress, daily deadline driven environmentLed a team, Nurture Talent and Manage business deliverable.

Additional information (if any): Willing to work in Shift Duties – Especially the US business hours primarily.
