Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable candidate in offset printing as a Sales Manager role to expand our customer portfolio predominantly in the non- apparel sector. He or She will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Manage the activities of the Sales Execs to ensure that they achieve their individual sales targets in their designated areas and meet customer expectations.
Strategically plan for:
Continuing and expanding current business from none apparel category
Obtaining new business
Both within and without the country it could be export or a local sale ( upto 10% of the revenue )
Prepare annual strategic business plans and AOP
Set sales targets for sales team
Prepare raw materials in order to cater the order
Negotiate and oversee prices in line with company policy and practice
Develop long term competitive sales strategy for selected products
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile and analyse monthly sales report
Liaise with other departments to ensure that a quality product is delivered to the customer according to or exceeding expectations.
Continuously improve the processes and systems of the Sales Department
Continuously update awareness of competitor activity and share that with the sales team as well as those in the customer services, marketing and production departments.
Ensure ISO quality, Environment, health and safety standards are adhered to and all activities in the department are carried out in complaint with the Standard Operations Procedure.
Continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills in the job through training and development initiatives provided to you by the company.
Give feedback regarding your training to the in the follow up on actions taken after training
Responsible that company policies , procedures and regulations are followed at all times and to protect confidentiality of company and work related information at all times
Qualifications
A Diploma in Marketing CIM (UK) /SLIM or equivalent degree
At least 5 years’ experience of which 2-3 years in a managerial capacity, in Sales/Marketing or directly in Customer Services. Key Account Management
Should have excellent interpersonal, marketing, selling, analytical, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of offset printing.
