We are seeking a Manager III - Sales to lead the Consumables Account Management team responsible for driving growth and development of high-impact sellers on the Amazon.in marketplace.

In this role, you will drive strategic business and operational objectives for your Account Management team. You will lead the creation and execution of strategies to achieve business goals by focusing on selection expansion, leveraging Fulfillment channels for faster delivery, developing merchandising strategies, and improving catalog quality. You will actively collaborate with stakeholders including Category Management, Fulfillment, Finance, Product, and Advertising teams to align programs and initiatives that identify growth opportunities and drive seller success.

Key job responsibilities
Business Growth
• Set goals for your team aligned with organizational objectives
• Develop business strategies and identify input metrics that drive growth and improve customer and seller experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Amazon programs
• Manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is undefined, making tradeoffs between short-term seller needs and long-term strategic investments
• Implement and track metrics to measure team success and seller quality, using insights to guide work and uncover hidden opportunities
Relationship Management
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with sellers in your team's portfolio and internal stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor and business advocate
• Monitor seller satisfaction survey results to investigate positive and negative feedback trends, establishing improvement plans and managing Account Manager expectations
Process Excellence
• Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and programs that accelerate seller growth and improve their Amazon experience
• Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify
• Optimize and scale improvements benefiting large customer sets through tools, processes, and simplified SOPs across multiple organizations, developing accountability mechanisms
Leadership
• Manage a team of KAM Leads & Account Managers (6-8 total team members)
• Act as a thought leader defining success criteria and understanding seller business needs in a dynamic environment, contributing to organizational strategic plans and documents
• Partner with external teams including Category Management, Fulfillment, Finance, Product, and Advertising to align programs and initiatives driving growth
• Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across your direct team and broader organization; coach, mentor, and develop your team
