Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Summary: This role will focus on managing and optimizing promotions, brokerage and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns. Maintains promotional accrual setup and reconciliation.  Manages pricing activities and deduction disputes for pricing. Maintains brokerage contracts, setup, brokerage rate maintenance, reconciliation, and monthly processing.    Reconciles brokerage, and promotions accounts to GL each month.  Manages and processes Canadian Duties. Conducts regular reviews of pricing structures and recommends adjustments as needed. Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manages a team of employees, including hiring/terminations, leading and developing team members. Removes roadblocks, pushes communications, encourages, and assesses performance. Embraces problem-solving as a learning experience. 

This is a an exempt position with an annualized salary range of $110,000 to $135,000.
