Manager Reliability Engineering

Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, as the Corporate Reliability Engineer you'll develop and implement a world class Reliability Engineering program. As a member of the Reliability Center of Excellence Team and cross-functional Technical Transformation Team, you will lead the development and execution of Reliability Engineering processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators. The goal is to develop Reliability Engineering standards, processes, capabilities and support across all manufacturing sites to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Responsibilities:

Lead asset criticality management. Define asset criticality standards and lead plants to determine, utilize, and maintain asset criticality ranking in SAP.Lead asset risk management. Define asset risk calculation process and standards. Lead manufacturing sites and the Conagra organization to understand high risk assets and recommend and/or lead risk elimination or mitigation action plans.Establish equipment failure analysis capabilities across all manufacturing sites. Includes providing training, coaching, and facilitating and leading equipment failure analysis.Analyze equipment and cost data. Manage Reliability Engineering efforts to drive value.Define PM Evaluation (PME) and PM Optimization (PMO) processes and standards and lead sites to utilize PME and PMO to improve PM procedures.Lead the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process and standards. Develop robust RCM capabilities across manufacturing sites. Includes providing training, coaching, and facilitation and/or leading RCM analysis.Lead sites to understand and utilize Weibull analysis. Define Weibull analysis utilization standards and tool(s) to understand equipment reliability and develop maintenance strategies.Develop reliability modeling standards and procedures. Facilitate calculating equipment reliability, reliability modeling, and develop and execute improvement action plans.Lead the development and capability of network and site level Reliability Engineers. Establish and maintain a robust network of all Reliability Engineering resources across manufacturing sites.Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering work and capabilities and provide periodic updates.Stay up to date with Reliability Engineering trends and benchmarks and provide recommendations and lead program improvement efforts.Develop and maintain strong SAP Plant Maintenance skills. Monitor and understand Reliability Engineering related SAP data. Identify data integrity gaps and lead improvement efforts.Lead the organization to establish and use "design for reliability" standards and processes. Collaborate with Engineering and manufacturing sites and participate during equipment capital expenditures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with experience leading and building Reliability Engineering capabilities across multiple manufacturing sitesExperience establishing Reliability Engineering processes and capabilities across multiple manufacturing sites.Experience with Weibull statistical analysisComputer and data analysis skills.Experience assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses.This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, select field locations or remote locations Denver, CO and east and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airportAbility to travel. The typical requirement will be 50%, though it may occasionally necessitate up to 75% depending on project support needs.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
