We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member’s career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate\. \*\*Available benefits may vary depending upon terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plans\. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. **What your day\-to\-day will be like:** + Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned PEP features\. + Own the full lifecycle of product features—from intake through development, deployment, and ongoing optimization\. + Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives aligned with the overall PEP roadmap\. + Work closely with Product Owners to write and refine high\-quality technical business requirements\. + Maintain a holistic view of the end\-to\-end user experience, incorporating feedback, research, and operational insights into solution design\. **How you will collaborate with others:** + Partner closely with business stakeholders for assisgned features to develop a deep understanding of business needs, pain points, and opportunities + Partner with Product Owners to identify and mitigate risks at both pod and program levels that could impact feature delivery\. + Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, engaging user experiences that support key PMS functionalities\. + Work in an agile environment alongside platform engineers, vendors, and research teams to deliver enhancements within PEP\. **What deliverables you will take ownership of:** + Specific features assigned to PMs may change over time as the roadmap evolves\. + Initial features for which this PM may be assigned to lead the development of a product strategy and business requirements include: - Training & Adoption: Lead the training strategy, and launching of the Digital Adoption Platform\. - Mobility & UI Modernization: Drive the transition to a new modern UI\. - Housekeeping Innovation: Enhance the Housekeeping experience across mobile and web platforms\. **WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Five \(5\) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or related field\. + Experience working with a complex cross\-functional matrix environment\. + This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations \(McLean, Dallas, Memphis\) + Travel up to 10% **It would be useful if you have:** + Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience + Seven \(7\) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience, or related field\. + Three \(3\) years of experience in an Agile or Scrum environment, writing user stories and gathering requirements from various partners\. + Experience with hotel property management systems + Experience with PEP and OnQ, Hilton's property management systems **WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON** Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \.
