**Job Description:**
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Manager Procurement NA Agile J&J Innovative Medicine. The position will be based in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA or Tampa, FL.
The Manager Procurement NA Agile J&J Innovative Medicine will lead operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, complex business projects, and other critical functional activities and deployments ensuring that the Procurement organization delivers results in support of the J&J Innovative Medicine business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category leaders, and broader function.
**The scope of responsibilities for this role includes:**
+ Understand the J&J Innovative Medicine business priorities and partner with Procurement Category Leaders to devise strategies that advance those priorities
+ Collaborate with business leaders to ensure Procurement strategies meet the business needs, and are adopted within the business
+ Identify regional or business area specific industry trends that Procurement must build into its category strategies to ensure sustainable relevance to the business
+ Lead complex business projects, strategic sourcing events and negotiations
+ Deliver against performance targets for the J&J Innovative Medicine Procurement organization in the role’s areas of responsibility, and ensure target achievement
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA/Advanced degree is preferred.
+ A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required
+ Strong ability to understand challenges through the eyes of the regional business leaders
+ Influencing skills – the ability to persuade others to change behavior in pursuit of a common goal
+ Strong leadership and collaboration skills at the senior executive level, as well as with peers
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to senior executives
+ Broad-based understanding of core procurement areas of focus (spend management, source-to-pay)
+ Strong project and change management capabilities
+ Proven learning agility, and the ability to improve both yourself and the people around you
+ Proven agile behaviors
+ High level of credibility with internal customers, and with the supplier community, based on broad experience
+ Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and implementing significant change programs
+ Multi-category experience with experience across geographies of varied sizes and businesses
+ Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment
+ May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$100,000- $173,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
