Job Description Summary

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement and commercial activities across interior fitout projects .The role focuses on delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier governance, commercial negotiations, and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

About the Role:

Strategic Procurement & SourcingDevelop and execute category strategies for key spend areas including project contractors, consultants, OEMs, and professional servicesLead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ/RFI development, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendationsDrive cost optimization, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives across projects and portfoliosSupport open-book and negotiated procurement models aligned with client and project requirementsCommercial & Contract ManagementDraft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms, contracts, MSAs, WO agreements, and SLAsManage rate cards, pricing frameworks, scope changes, and contract amendmentsEnsure commercial risk mitigation, contractual compliance, and alignment with C&W governance standardsSupport dispute resolution, claims management, and contract closure activitiesSupplier Management & GovernanceLead supplier onboarding, performance management, and governance frameworksConduct supplier evaluations, audits, and KPI reviews to ensure service quality and risk complianceBuild strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitive tensionStakeholder & Client EngagementAct as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders, project managers, account leads, and clientsTranslate business and client requirements into effective procurement and commercial strategiesPresent sourcing strategies, commercial recommendations, and savings outcomes to senior leadership and clientsSupport client-facing discussions related to procurement strategy, vendor selection, and commercialsGovernance, Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirementsMaintain procurement documentation, approval trails, and contract repositoriesTrack and report savings, value delivery, procurement KPIs, and risk metrics

About You:

B.E Civil with 8 to 10 years of experience in interior fitout projects with min handling capacity of 10cr project at a timeExperience in handling eprocurement through platform like Workday , SAP , Procuretiger or Jaggaer.Strong experience in Advance excel & Power BITechnical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural worksExcellent organizational and motivational skillsOutstanding attention to detail and observation abilityExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and commercial negotiationsAbility to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
