How will you make an impact in this role?

The Manager, Process and Controls is a key member of CoDO, responsible for strengthening operational excellence and ensuring compliance across data risk, vendor, and control processes. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning, this role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize CoDO business process documentation and annual SOP refreshesEvaluate processes with a risk-focused lens to identify gaps and recommend improvementsLead cross-functional efforts to implement process enhancementsServe as a subject-matter expert, helping address Operational Risk EventsSupport PRSA/RCSA assessments and testingDrive GCS and Technology engagement in SOC-1 audit activities and validate data-related controlsManage communication and distribution of SOC-1 compliance reportsOversee Third Party Life Cycle Management (TLM), including contract renewals and ongoing oversight

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in data, risk management, compliance, or product developmentStrong risk and control mindset with the ability to develop creative, practical solutionsDemonstrated problem-solving skills, from issue identification through recommendationsExperience managing project plans for complex data or compliance initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; confident presenting to senior leadersAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organizationProven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Project Management experience preferredAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
