Manager Power Retrofit Projects
Emerson is looking for an innovative leader to guide and develop a team of project engineers responsible for delivering controls and software solutions for Power Retrofit initiatives across North America **.** As the **Manager, Power Retrofit Projects** , you will guide strategy, execution, and innovation within our Thermal Power Solutions department, helping shape the future of emerging power technologies. This position will be based in our **Cranberry Township, PA** location. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Provide leadership and mentorship for employees supporting Power Retrofit Projects + Direct and coordinate project activities involving contractual complexity and risk to ensure alignment with company strategy and commitments + Support employee development and foster an environment that enables team and business growth + Collaborate with customers and internal partners to deliver high‑quality services and maintain strong customer satisfaction + Monitor and manage a portfolio of Power Retrofit Projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery + Promote innovation by encouraging best practices and engaging multi‑functional teams + Prepare monthly sales, inventory, and utilization forecasts + Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen project execution processes + Stay informed on market trends to help shape improved service offerings and delivery models **Who You Are:** You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You partner with others to get work done. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience + Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment + Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations + Strong self‑motivation with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform well in timeline‑driven settings + Up to 20% travel + Legal authorization to work in the United States.
